Pelican Excavating began as the excavation division of Lodder Brothers, one of Canada’s most trusted plumbing and excavation service contractors. We’re proud of our deep roots with the company that Jack and Andy Lodder founded in 1975. Today they continue to serve customers across southern Ontario with a level of excellence and respect that we look up to.
In July 2023, Lodder Brothers’ excavation division began operating independently as Pelican Excavating. Lodder Brothers continues to look after all your plumbing needs, while our focus has shifted to what we do best — installing new septic systems and providing any other heavy-duty excavation you may need.
Our hope is to carry on the legacy of Lodder Brothers that was modeled so well for us. A business built on Christian values. Great relationships with employees and customers. Good, honest work, day in and day out.
